We let our employees realize and exercise their potential.     Mr. Ali Naderi has over twenty years of experience in engineering and management of biotechnology and nuclear projects. He graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Berkeley, with a Master’s degree. Mr. Naderi performed research in heat and mass transfer with the internationally renowned Professor Ralph Seban. Mr. Naderi has built a consulting firm with over 40 professionals with projects in the United States, Canada and Europe. Mr. Naderi practices a hands-on leadership by example in day to day operation of the company.   Mr. Naderi has been the Project Manager for a number of projects such as the commissioning and qualification a new Sterile Fill Facility, modification of pre-bulking area, modification of a fermentation suite for process sciences as well as the software validation of laboratory instruments. He has been instrumental in success of these projects.
